1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using WebVoltCRM ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

WebVoltCRM is a CRM and lead management platform for local service businesses. Features include lead management, automated follow-ups, marketing campaigns, and business analytics.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete account information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must not share your account with others or allow unauthorized access.
  • You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Platform Usage Rules

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any laws
  • Send unsolicited commercial messages (spam) to leads or contacts
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
  • Reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the Platform
  • Upload malware, viruses, or any harmful code
  • Use the Platform to harass, defame, or harm any individual

5. Account Suspension Rights

WebVoltCRM reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account at our sole discretion if we determine that:

  • You have violated these Terms of Service
  • Your account is being used for fraudulent or deceptive purposes
  • Your usage poses a risk to other users or the Platform's integrity
  • Required by law or legal process

Where possible, we will provide advance notice before suspension. In cases of severe violations, immediate suspension may occur without notice.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your business data and all customer information you enter. We process data on your behalf as described in our Data Processing Agreement.

7. Payment and Billing

Subscription fees are billed as selected at sign-up. All fees are non-refundable unless stated in our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

8. Limitation of Liability

WebVoltCRM is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability to you shall not exceed the fees paid in the three months preceding the claim
  • We are not responsible for the actions or omissions of third-party service providers

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kentucky.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notice.
