Lead & Referral Disclaimer

1. Nature of Leads

WebVoltCRM is a CRM platform that helps businesses manage and track customer leads. We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or conversion potential of any leads generated through our platform.

Leads are submitted voluntarily by potential customers via business lead capture pages. The business owner is responsible for verifying lead information and following up appropriately.

2. Lead Data Ownership

All lead data submitted to a business's lead capture page belongs to that business. WebVoltCRM processes this data as a data processor on the business's behalf. We do not sell, share, or use lead data for purposes other than delivering the platform's core functionality.

3. Referral Program — General

WebVoltCRM offers referral programs for both business-to-business (B2B) referrals (businesses inviting other businesses) and customer referrals (customers referring other customers to a business). Participation in any referral program is voluntary and subject to these terms.

4. B2B Referral Program

Businesses that refer other businesses to WebVoltCRM may earn account credits or other rewards as outlined in the program terms at the time of referral. Rewards are:

• Issued only upon successful sign-up and activation of the referred business
• Subject to change at WebVoltCRM's discretion with reasonable notice
• Not transferable or redeemable for cash unless explicitly stated
• Voided if either party violates our Terms of Service

5. Customer Referral Program

Individual businesses may create customer referral programs within WebVoltCRM. In these cases:

• The business (not WebVoltCRM) is responsible for fulfilling referral rewards to their customers
• WebVoltCRM provides tracking infrastructure only and does not guarantee reward payment
• Referral rewards are between the business and their customers — WebVoltCRM is not a party to that arrangement
• Customers should contact the business directly for questions about their referral rewards

6. Anti-Fraud Policy

Any attempt to artificially inflate referral counts, submit fake leads, or game the referral system is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all pending rewards.

7. No Endorsement

A referral to or from any business on WebVoltCRM does not constitute an endorsement by WebVoltCRM of that business's services, quality, or reliability. Customers should perform their own due diligence before hiring any service provider.
