All customer communications sent through WebVoltCRM must comply with applicable laws including CAN-SPAM and TCPA. You are responsible for obtaining proper consent before sending marketing communications to your customers.

5. Enforcement

Violations of this AUP may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund. We reserve the right to report illegal activity to law enforcement.
