Communication Connections
Connect SMS, Email, and Voice providers to enable AI communication
SMS via Twilio
Send and receive text messages
Setup Instructions:
- 1. Create a Twilio account at twilio.com
- 2. Get your Account SID, Auth Token, and Phone Number
- 3. Add them to Settings → Environment Variables:
• TWILIO_ACCOUNT_SID
• TWILIO_AUTH_TOKEN
• TWILIO_PHONE_NUMBER
- 4. Configure webhook URL in Twilio for incoming messages

Setup Instructions:
- 1. Create a SendGrid account at sendgrid.com
- 2. Create an API Key with Mail Send permissions
- 3. Add to Settings → Environment Variables:
• SENDGRID_API_KEY
• SENDGRID_FROM_EMAIL (optional)
- 4. Configure Inbound Parse for receiving emails (optional)
Test Email Connection

To enable real SMS and Email, you need to configure API keys in your environment variables. Until then, the system will use fallback methods (internal notifications only).
